Modern Dance Class

Zumba

Zumba is a high energy dance workout. It's great for beginners, or for those who miss dance and want to jump back in! Zumba is a fast (and fun!) way to burn calories. $5 drop-in.

Woman Stretching

Mindful Mobility

This dynamic yet gentle workout will help improve range of motion, balance, and focus, while releasing stress. This class incorporates breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening, and mindfulness. $5 drop-in.

Gym Class

Work & Reach

Work & Reach is a program designed to WORK your muscles, then REACH into stretches that relieve the previously targeted muscle group. This class is slow-paced and incorporates a variety of exercises & stretches. Resistance bands, light weights, and/or weighted vests welcome, but not mandatory. $5 drop-in.

Upon payment, you will receive a Meeting ID and password for the classes that you sign up for. Simply go to zoom.us, click "join meeting", type in the Meeting ID, and type in the password I provide!
